Welcome to AMIKIDS EVENTS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and retain information when you use our mobile application.

The App is intended exclusively for registered attendees of our annual event. It provides access to event schedules, keynote speaker information, presentation materials, sponsor information, announcements, and a Social Wall where attendees can share photos and comments.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

To use the App, you must create an account by providing:

• Email address

• Password

Creating an account does not automatically grant access to the App. Each account is manually reviewed and approved to verify that the user is a registered attendee. Only approved attendees are granted access to the App.

Users may also voluntarily provide information by:

• Posting comments on the Social Wall

• Uploading photos to the Social Wall

The App does not collect payment information or process purchases.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.

• Verify your eligibility as a registered event attendee.

• Authenticate your access to the App.

• Provide event information and features.

• Display photos and comments you choose to post on the Social Wall.

• Maintain the App's security, integrity, and functionality.

• Respond to support requests or technical issues.

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes.

User-Generated Content

The Social Wall allows attendees to voluntarily post photos and comments that may be visible to other approved attendees using the App.

Please avoid posting confidential, sensitive, or personal information that you would not want shared with other attendees.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates applicable laws or the purpose of the App.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your information is shared only when necessary to:

• Operate and maintain the App.

• Comply with applicable laws or legal obligations.

• Protect the App's security, rights, and integrity, and those of its users.

Data Retention

The App is designed for use only during our annual event.

Approximately 30 days after the event concludes, all attendee accounts are deactivated and removed, and access to the App is revoked.

Event-specific content, including Social Wall posts, comments, uploaded photos, and other attendee-generated content, is also removed as part of resetting the App for the next annual event, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

While no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, we take appropriate measures to protect the information entrusted to us.

Your Rights

You may request the deletion of your account or personal information before the scheduled removal date by contacting us using the email address below.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for registered event attendees and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
